Role
·Applications – Define short-term and long-term strategy, lead new implementations, and manage existing applications (incl. SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, functional applications)

·LAN/WAN Environment – Define overall architecture, ensure high reliability, flexibility and uptime

·Security & BCP compliance – Define security policies and procedures, achieve compliance to HIPAA and ISO security requirements

·Productivity / knowledge management – Develop and implement best-practice guidelines (e.g., Corporate SharePoint intranet)

·Client interactions – Support setup of infrastructure, security compliance, networking for new client engagement

·Commercial function – Define IT budget, lead procurement of IT hardware & Software

·Technology partnerships – Lead and manage technology partnerships including Microsoft Gold Certification

·Team development – Manage and develop the existing IT team

Desired Profile

· Bachelors in Engineering (with good academic record)
· Atleast 8 years of total experience in IT industry
· Atleast 2 years of experience in managing internal IT / technology
environment (esp. applications)
